About PATINAVERSE
PATINAVERSE is an independent publishing imprint. We publish non-clinical self-help and educational works, currently centred on the Dynamic Behavioral Analysis Matrix (DBAM), a structured framework for self-reflection.
What we publish, and what we do not claim
DBAM draws on established thinking in emotional psychology, including dimensional models of affect and research on how behavioural patterns repeat across interpersonal situations. It is a framework for thinking about your own conduct.
DBAM is not a clinical instrument. It has not been independently validated through clinical trials. We say so on the copyright page of every publication, on every product listing, and here. We maintain a standing editorial prohibition on clinical outcome claims, diagnostic claims, treatment recommendations, deterministic language about what any individual "is", and any suggestion that our materials should inform employment, legal, medical, or psychiatric decisions.
Descriptions of behavioural tendencies in our work are general and non-deterministic. They describe patterns people commonly exhibit. They are not descriptions of any individual person, and they cannot be used to assess, label, or manage anyone else. The author
The author is the imprint's founder, the developer of the DBAM framework, and the writer of everything published here. That is a deliberate constraint rather than a stage on the way to becoming a larger house. A single author, accountable by name, is what makes the commitments on this site enforceable rather than decorative: there is no acquisitions pipeline to dilute them, no outside contributor to hold to a standard they never agreed to, and nobody else to point at when a claim has to be defended. The person who writes the material is the person who signs it off against the pre-publication checklist, and the person who answers the email when a reader disputes it.
Patinaverse LLC is a single-author imprint. We publish exclusively the work of our own founder and have never acquired, contracted for, solicited, or published the work of any third-party author. No independent contractors are used to create content.
Every publication is reviewed and approved by the Managing Member before release, against a documented pre-publication checklist covering defamation, privacy, intellectual property, disclaimer placement, and the editorial prohibitions above. Editorial accountability rests with a named human being, not with a process.
How the imprint is structured
Patinaverse LLC is a Delaware limited liability company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Human Universes LLC, a Delaware intellectual property holding company. Human Universes LLC owns the PATINAVERSE trademark (USPTO Serial No. 99109176) and licenses it to Patinaverse LLC under a written trademark licence agreement containing quality control provisions.Human Universes LLC is non-operating and conducts no publishing activity.
Patinaverse LLC does not provide consulting, advisory, assessment, coaching, or any other professional service to third parties for a fee.
Submissions
Patinaverse LLC does not accept unsolicited manuscripts, proposals, artwork, or idea submissions of any kind. Any such material received is returned or deleted unread and unreviewed. Please do not send us material you consider confidential or proprietary. The full terms are in section 8 of our Terms of Service.
