1. What This Covers
This Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on patinaverse.com (the "Site"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. We use very few of them.
2. Our Approach
No non-essential cookie or similar technology is set before you consent. Our cookie banner appears on your first visit with equally prominent "Accept" and "Reject" options. Rejecting is as easy as accepting — there is no pre-ticked box, no hidden setting, and no penalty for declining.
We use no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no social media pixels, and no data broker integrations.

These are exempt from consent requirements under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive because they are strictly necessary to deliver a service you requested. Disabling them would break checkout or security.
3.2 Analytics (consent required)
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It sets no cookie, uses no fingerprinting, and does not track individuals or follow you across sites. It reports aggregate page views, referrers, and coarse geographic region only.
Because it sets no cookie and processes no identifier, it operates without consent in most jurisdictions. We nonetheless disclose it here and honor opt-outs.
3.3 Marketing (consent required)
If you consent, Klaviyo may set a first-party cookie to associate your newsletter signup with your session so that we do not repeatedly show you a signup form you have already completed. This cookie is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

4. Managing Your Choices
- On our Site: click "Cookie Preferences" in the footer at any time to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawing is as easy as granting.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an automatic rejection of all non-essential cookies. You need do nothing further.
- In your browser: all major browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working.
5. Changes
Material changes to this Policy will be announced by a renewed cookie banner requesting fresh consent.
